Support when you need it most
We're here to help
If your business has lost a director or member of staff who was responsible for managing financial affairs and dealing with Santander Corporate and Commercial Bank, we can help. Our dedicated teams are on hand to provide practical help and guidance on the things you need to do.
Who else to contact
If the death results in a change in the structure of your business – for example if the deceased was a director – you’ll need to inform Companies House.
In some cases, the executors of the deceased’s estate will be responsible for dealing with any relevant financial institutions – the executors should be contacted as soon as possible.
If the deceased was also a Santander personal banking customer, you can find out what you need to do here.
Get in touch
In the first instance, please contact your dedicated Relationship Director or Corporate Service Manager. More information about getting in touch is available here.
