Thinking inside the box! Bank's help for business

Organisers of the first Leicester Business Festival have confirmed that more than 75 events have been booked as part of the festival. Dozens of companies, organisations, universities and venues have underlined their commitment to making a success of the event, which kicks off on October 26. Santander is playing a prominent role in the festival, not least through hosting the Santander Breakthrough Moments Box, with five days of discussions, master classes, talks and sessions inside a futuristic red box being erected on Leicester's Jubilee Square. Nick Pulley, regional director East Midlands at Santander Corporate & Commercial Banking, said it made perfect sense to get involved. 'Santander is a growing player in the East Midlands and is seen by many as a champion of ambitious, growing businesses,' he explained. 'That perception is rooted in our firm belief in the importance of getting involved in delivering practical advice, support and assistance to companies of all sizes.'
