tfd Health & Fitness works out a 33% growth with Santander

Paladin Leisure-owned tfd Health & Fitness has just completed a refurbishment and 3000ft extension and now looks forward to bulking up their membership.

The gym, which has just extended their lease for 15 years, now boasts new studios for increased numbers of classes, improved facilities and equipment for existing members, as well as increased capacity for new members. Three new members of staff have been recruited to deliver more classes and service the increased member base.

The business has been trading since 2004 and has a healthy & growing membership. It offers cardio and free weights equipment along with a pool, steam room and sauna. Classes offered include pilates, spinning, kettlebells and BOSU. The site also houses a hair studio, beauty salon, sports injury clinic, and running shop.

The company worked closely with Relationship Director, Kevin Farrell, to build a bespoke funding package and switched their banking on provision of the loan. The expansion is expected to deliver a 33% increase in membership.
