TeamJobs wins Company of the Year award

TeamJobs has won the Dorset Company of the Year award sponsored by Santander and Lester Aldridge. Founded in 2002 by Jason Gault and Clive Wood, the business has pursued a vision to provide a recruitment solution based on the highest quality of service while also offering outstanding value for money. Over the past 10 years the company has grown steadily and now employs up to 50 staff across eight offices. The judges, Grant Esterhuizen of Lester Aldridge and Alex Fuller of Santander, said: 'We considered TeamJobs to be the winning entry because of its impressive growth and consistent all-round performance. The company has made positive investments in staff and the business which complements the local Dorset economy. With the help of strong management we can see that this business will continue to grow and add value for Dorset over the next 10 years. TeamJobs has the potential to develop, not just on a local scale but nationally.'
