Santander signs business pledge

Santander has become the 200th employer to commit to the Scottish Business Pledge, under which firms make a voluntary commitment to pursue policies intended to promote fairness and equality. These include paying the living wage and not using exploitative zero hours contracts. Santander has over 2,000 staff in Scotland.
