Santander Corporate and Commercial customers are to benefit from the launch of an introducer agreement with WorkAngel that will give businesses access to a three-month trial of the rewards-based platform. Employees will receive exclusive corporate rate discounts and cashback on online shopping via the fast-growing UK-based start-up that aims to increase employee engagement and retention through recognition, social communication, and employee benefits. Stephen Dury, Managing Director, SME Markets and Business Development at Santander Corporate & Commercial, said: 'From working closely with ambitious businesses we can see the benefit of effective employee engagement and retention on business growth and success.
