Santander incubator puts fledgling firms on fast track to growth

Santander - The first companies to graduate from Santander's Liverpool business incubator - SantanderCB

The first companies to 'graduate' from Santander's Liverpool business incubator say they are ahead of their business plan, thanks to the support they have received. ADM Creative and Interview People Online are the first firms to exit Santander's incubation hub, which was set up in July 2014 in its St Paul's Square commercial banking centre. The businesses, which have seen an increase in trade and are now trading successfully on their own, have moved to premises in Hanover Street. ADM Creative is a marketing company which aims to bridge the gap between conventional and digital media, and Interview People Online is a provider of online recruitment 'avatars' to improve the speed to hire and cut the cost of interviewing. Lynne Robertson, Incubator Manager, Santander Corporate & Commercial, said: 'We are proud of what the businesses and the hub have achieved. We have worked hard to create a community of businesses where collaboration is encouraged. Growing a business is incredibly challenging, and by providing an environment where peer-to-peer advice is just as important as mentoring and workshops, we give the businesses we support the best opportunity to grow.'
