Santander expands Oxford presence to boost business support

Santander Corporate & Commercial is strengthening its support for local businesses and extending its presence in the Thames Valley with major investment in its Branch and Corporate Business Centre in Oxford. The move is part of Santander's strategic plan to grow its presence across the UK and demonstrates its commitment to the region's businesses. Relationship bankers at the newly refurbished Corporate Business Centre in St. Aldates, Oxford, provide a bespoke relationship banking service to corporate and commercial customers with a turnover above £250,000. Santander's team now boasts seven Relationship Directors in Oxford city centre and is led by Cheryl Adams, Regional Corporate Director, Thames Valley. Steve Bateman, Relationship Director for Santander Corporate & Commercial in Oxford, said: 'We are delighted to be able to provide increased support to local businesses across Oxfordshire through our enlarged Corporate Business Centre Team, with vast individual experience spanning many decades. We are committed to working with Oxfordshire businesses to help them achieve their ambitions and supporting SMEs which make up the backbone of the local economy.
