Ocean Success looks to expand Pizza Hut franchise following funding

Northampton-based Ocean Success Ltd, the franchise owner of 12 Pizza Hut restaurants, has secured £1.2 million in funding from Santander Corporate & Commercial, which will be used to establish a further three sites across the Midlands and North West. The finance will also help expand the workforce of 400 agency staff currently employed by Ocean Success across its stores in Birmingham, Manchester and Nottingham, with a further 75 positions to be created. The business is owned and operated by Nadim Choudary. Sukh Nat, Relationship Director, Santander Corporate & Commercial, said: "Nadim has a huge amount of experience in the restaurant business having started in the industry at the age of 18. This experience, coupled with a thorough understanding of the franchise business model, provides an excellent platform for future growth. Santander is committed to supporting the franchise sector and we are delighted to be able to support Nadim in his expansion."
