Linley & Simpson buys York letting agency

Estate Agency - Yorkshire-wide estate agency Linley & Simpson's expansion plans - SantanderCB

Yorkshire-wide estate agency Linley & Simpson's expansion plans have continued with the purchase of York letting agency the York Property Company.

The acquisition marks 10 years of operation in York by Linley & Simpson, and it is the fifth deal secured by the company since it received a £1.8m funding package last year through Santander's Breakthrough Programme.

Linley & Simpson boasts a workforce of 155, and its branch network includes Harrogate, Ripon, Wetherby, Wakefield, llkley, Saltaire and four in Leeds.
