Letting agency continues expansion drive

Letting

A Yorkshire residential sales and letting agency has completed another stage in its expansion drive by acquiring a counterpart based in Chapel Allerton. Linley & Simpson has opened its new office on Harrogate Road following the purchase of Hendys. The acquisition gives Linley & Simpson blanket coverage across North Leeds, with the new branch linking in with the company's long-established bases at Street Lane, Roundhay, and Station Road, Horsforth. The acquisition of Hendys, and all of its sales and letting portfolio, is the second since the independent agency secured a £1.8m funding package through our Breakthrough Programme to help accelerate its strategy for future growth.
