Knight purchases prestigious address
Aberdeen company Knight Property Group has snapped up a prestigious address in Edinburgh through an investment deal worth more than £12million.
Its acquisition of Edinburgh House, St Andrew Square, is part of an ongoing expansion of its portfolio outside the north-east amid the oil and gas downturn.
The company has invested more than £25million in properties in the Scottish capital over the past 18 months.
Edinburgh House will deliver at least three years of income, thanks to a lease with Santander.
Knight said several high-profile retail and office redevelopments would transform the square.
