Funding helps homeware manufacturer expand overseas

Sheffield-based IC Innovations, a manufacturer of homeware and garden products, is expanding its product range and targeting overseas growth after securing further funding from Finance Yorkshire. Additional investment from Finance Yorkshire and other lenders has enabled IC Innovations to expand overseas with the opening of a showroom in the Far East. The company received its first investment from Finance Yorkshire in 2010. IC Innovations has also received investment from Santander and Sheffield City Council via the Regional Growth Fund. The company supplies seasonal home, garden and gift items to Homebase, Waitrose, Morrisons, Tesco and Sainsbury's, along with garden centres and independent customers.
