Firm secures £20m new banking facility

An Aberdeen-based business group is looking forward to further growth across North East Scotland after securing a new £20m banking facility with Santander. CHAP Group, which operates divisions in the construction, commercial property, house building, civil engineering and quarrying sectors, obtained the new facility as part of its comprehensive growth strategy for 2015. Joint managing director Hugh Craigie said: 'The agreement with Santander is important as we plan for the future. It is the foundation upon which we can build our strategy across all of the divisions.'
