Fast Track to Growth Programme launched for Devon firms

Business Meeting, Devon Firms Launch Fast Track Growth Programme - Santander UK

The UK's first Fast Track to Growth Programme has been launched, offering companies in Devon assistance with the development and implementation of growth plans in 2016. Backed by companies including Crowdcube and Santander Corporate and Commercial, the free initiative gives firms the chance to receive on-going advice from a range of specialists, and take part in workshops, whilst all shortlisted applicants will also have the chance to pitch to a panel of judges, with one company securing a year's worth of free financial strategy, marketing and PR support, worth £15,000. All companies who enter will be invited to a special networking event at Exeter Innovation Centre, which part-developed the scheme alongside financial strategy experts SouthWestfd, PR and marketing and design agency Astley Media. Workshops will run in March, ahead of the final pitch to receive a year's worth of on-going support in April. Attendees will receive advice in business planning, finance, marketing, PR, legal considerations, leadership, teams and developing a growth culture.
