Draghi reassures markets on stimulus boost

ECB president Mario Draghi has insisted that additional monetary stimulus is still on the table and that the ECB stands ready to act if a strong recovery continues to elude the eurozone's economy. He insisted the quantitative easing package was working, particularly in helping thaw the region's credit markets. Draghi said the asset purchases had allowed smaller companies in more vulnerable parts of the eurozone economy to borrow at the cheaper rates that had formerly been reserved for larger businesses in the stronger parts of the region.
