CHAP takes ownership of suburb site

Aberdeenshire firm CHAP Homes has bought out Bancan Homes' stake in the Woodland Grove residential complex, on which the two partnered during its original development. CHAP is now set to go it alone with the £12.5m construction of a third and fourth block of apartments. The news follows an announcement that the group has secured a £20m banking facility with Santander to support its focus on securing development opportunities and land acquisitions for residential and commercial projects.
