Chap invests £700,000 in second plant

Construction group Chap Group has announced the opening of a second concrete plant in Aberdeenshire on the back of industry demand for both commercial and residential developments. The Westhill-based company has invested nearly £700,000 in the ready-mix site in Belhelvie, to the north of Aberdeen. Earlier this year, Chap unveiled a £20m financing deal with Santander, having switched from Clydesdale Bank.
