Carlisle's North Associates relocates to new HQ and plans further M&A following new funding

Carlisle-based North Associates, a fast-growth property asset management and planning consultancy, has relocated to larger premises to cater for strong market demand for its services with a bespoke funding package from Santander Corporate & Commercial. The group has been supported by Santander since 2014. The recent funding deal from the bank has allowed North Associates and Taylor & Hardy Ltd to operate from the same premises, and will also be used to finance targeted acquisitions in 2015. Andy Ross, Managing Director, North Associates, said: 'We are expanding our market reach outside of the North West, and seeing rising demand for our services and solutions from clients. We have been very well supported by Santander in this endeavour and I'm grateful for the bank's ongoing relationship.' Andy Gibson, Relationship Director, Santander Corporate & Commercial, said: 'North Associates is benefiting from excellent momentum and I'm delighted that Santander has been able to play a significant role in the success of this great local business. We are focused on helping growth-focused, ambitious businesses to succeed and we look forward to continuing to work with and supporting Andy and his team.'
