Care provider eyes major recruitment drive

Specialist care provider Careline Lifestyles is creating 200 jobs after securing an eight-figure funding deal from Santander Corporate and Commercial. Careline Lifestyles, which provides care for people with mental and physical disabilities, will create the new nursing staff roles by the end of 2016 as part of plans to expand across the North East. The company operates ten specialist care facilities in Bishop Auckland, Durham, Gateshead, Hartlepool, Jarrow, Middlesbrough, Morpeth and Newcastle. Angela Chau and Ian Massey, healthcare relationship directors at Santander Corporate and Commercial, worked on the funding deal.
