Care homes group backed with £120m

Care home - Secures banking facilities - SantanderCB

Runwood Homes, an Essex-headquartered care homes group, has secured banking facilities totalling £120m from Santander and Barclays, enabling it to maintain its current portfolio of 65 care homes and centres across the UK as well as allowing it to develop new homes in the future. Barclays took a leading role as mandated lead arranger, lender, facility agent and security agent through the provision of £96m of the £120m syndicated debt alongside Santander.
