Care home operator expands portfolio after multi-million pound funding

Stourbridge-based Ephraims Care Group is to open a new luxury facility in Worcestershire following a multi-million pound funding deal. Our funding package has enabled Ephraims to purchase the Cadmore Estate in Worcestershire and transform it into a luxury care home. The Cadmore Estate will house 29 guests and will feature a nine-hole golf course and fishing lakes. The home is due to open in spring 2015 and will create 40 new jobs. Ephraims already operates four high-quality care homes across the West Midlands.
