Established in 2007 by founders Dr. Ben D.C. and Isabel Mathew, CBC has grown substantially over the past seven years, driven by a comprehensive range of modern Chiropractic technologies, strong customer service and an excellent reputation. Revenue grew 40% for the most recent financial year, and the business is forecasting continued strong growth going forward.
The funding from Santander Corporate & Commercial will help CBC transform its 36 West Bute Street facility into a centre of excellence that will include state-of-the-art patient rooms, a yoga studio, seminar and massage facilities, and a client gym. The centre already provides premium health care and services such as digital X-ray, neurological spinal scans, specific Chiropractic adjustments, neural and spinal rehabilitation, nutrition and TOG orthotics.
The new facilities will also see founder Dr. Ben Mathew D.C undertake regular mentoring and educational seminars focused on chiropractic best-practice, health and wellness.
Isabel Mathew, Director, Cardiff Bay Chiropractic, said: “We have bold plans for our business, with a clear intention to be the best provider of chiropractic services in the region. The support from Santander has been instrumental in our ongoing success, and we’re delighted with the support it has given to our business.”
Ashley Charlton, Relationship Director, Santander Corporate & Commercial, said: “Cardiff Bay Chiropractic has real momentum behind it in its quest to be the leading centre of its type in Wales and the wider South West. Founders Dr. Ben D.C. and Isabel have a very clear sense of what their customers need, and they are building a business that will continue to be strongly differentiated in the market.”
