Bond Dickinson advises Santander on funding for Red's True Barbecue

Burger - Debt funding package to Red's True Barbecue - SantanderCB

National law firm Bond Dickinson has advised Santander UK plc in its provision of a debt funding package to restaurant group Red's True Barbecue. The funding will support Red's True Barbecue's ambitions to continue its expansion over the next two years. The business currently has branches in Leeds, Headingley, Liverpool, Nottingham, Manchester and London, and the latest investment will enable Red's to open 8-10 new restaurants. Lawyers from the Banking and Finance team in the Leeds office of Bond Dickinson provided the legal advice to Santander. Mark Casey, Banking and Finance Lawyer, who led the deal, said: 'We were delighted to provide the legal support for Santander on this latest transaction to assist its already successful customer to pursue its expansion plans.'
