Shropshire-based AVF Group (“AVF”), one of the world’s leading manufacturers of AV accessories and related products, is to expand further into international markets and roll out new products following £2.68 million in funding from Santander Corporate & Commercial.

Shropshire-based AVF Group (“AVF”) is to expand further into international markets and roll out new products following £2.68 million in funding from Santander Corporate & Commercial.
Established in the 1970s, AVF has become a major player in the supply of high-quality TV wall mounts, TV stands and support systems into some of the world’s largest retailers including Costco, Currys, John Lewis, Tesco and Walmart.
AVF has continued to grow strongly, with annual turnover at £15 million in 2014. Based in Telford in the UK with facilities in California and Shanghai, the firm has benefitted from increasing global demand for its unique designs and products. In addition to allowing for the further development of new product areas, the funding package from Santander Corporate & Commercial will enable the firm to expand into new export markets in South America and build on recent success in Western Europe.
David Gallimore, CEO of AVF Group, said: “We are a relatively small but growing business with global intentions. The support from Santander has been key to our plans for future growth. The bank stood out from other banks by putting in place an excellent facility which will meet our needs. The funding will help us to secure key new customers and also provide more flexibility and headroom for the business.”
Debbie Partridge, Relationship Director, Santander Corporate & Commercial, said: “AVF is a great UK business that already punches above its weight on a global level. We feel our partnership will help this to continue and form the foundations for an exciting future of expansion.”
