At this event we introduced delegates to businesses and peers on the South Coast who shared insights to help them address the opportunities and challenges business growth can generate.

Overcoming barriers to growth

There are numerous ways you can grow your business, and whether you decide that is through acquisition, organic growth, diversification or entering new markets, you’ll face key decisions at every stage.

The decisions you make now can have an impact on how quickly you grow and what opportunities are available for you in the future.

  • Which method of growth is right for you and your business?
  • Resourcing people - how do you recruit and retain new talent?
  • Do you need to refinance your growth and what should that look like?
  • Is there a need to purchase new assets? Do you require bigger premises or need to relocate?
  • Could working with partners help you to achieve your growth ambitions sooner?

These are some of the challenges that the panellists at our event had faced. As some of the South Coast’s prominent SMEs leaders, they shared their stories and experiences with delegates.

About the event
