This practical workshop was designed to help delegates to identify how to tap into the potential that may already lie within their business, and accelerate 2018 strategic growth plans.

Jurys Inn Inverness

As part of our commitment to SMEs, we offered delegates the opportunity to attend a workshop at Bournemouth University to explore ways to maximise their business opportunities.

Dale Howarth is an award-winning business mentor*, acclaimed speaker and writer who has worked with SMEs for the last 20 years. He aims to show businesses how to ‘work smarter, not harder’ and how to ‘stop having to learn everything the hard way’.

For many business owners, it’s their passion and focus that has driven their business to its current stage of growth. However, Dale explained that this isn’t always enough and businesses are looking to find new ways to deliver sales growth and understand more of what they should be doing to be more effective. He also spoke about how by making some of what businesses already do simpler, they could save time and money.

About the workshop

We co-hosted this event with Saffery Champness.

The format of the morning encompassed practical lessons and insights from Dale, supported by real examples of what SME businesses have achieved. Each session was interactive with expert discussions, shared experiences and successes. There was also the opportunity to network with other delegates to share learnings and experiences.
