This practical workshop was designed to help delegates to identify how they can tap into the potential that may already lie within their business, and accelerate 2017 strategic growth plans.
As part of our commitment to SMEs, we offered businesses the opportunity to attend a workshop at Jurys Inn in Inverness to explore ways to maximise their business opportunities.
Dale Howarth is an award-winning business mentor*, acclaimed speaker and writer who has worked with SMEs for the last 20 years. He showed delegates how to ‘work smarter not harder’ and how to ‘stop having to learn everything the hard way’.
For many delegates, it was passion and focus that had driven their businesses to their current stage of growth. However, Dale explained that this isn’t always enough and businesses are looking to find new ways to deliver sales growth and understand more of what they should be doing to be more effective. He also spoke about how by making some of what businesses already do simpler, they can save time and money.
About the workshop
The format of the morning encompassed practical lessons and insights from Dale, supported by real examples of what SME businesses have achieved. Each session was interactive with expert discussions, shared experiences and successes. There was also the opportunity to network with the other delegates to share learnings and experiences.
* As Dale is a CPD Accredited Speaker, the workshop carried up to 3 CPD Hours/Points towards delegate’s personal development target.
