Working with Bowmark, a new to bank customer, to support their acquisition of ASK4
Founded in 2000, ASK4 provides reliable broadband services to higher education students. The company delivers managed service contracts including installation and 24/7 support.
Over the years, ASK4 has built strong relationships with developers and today, the business has grown to become the largest player in its respective market.
ASK4 believes the success of the business is due to its highly differentiated proposition, focus on customer service, and the increasing levels of investment in multi-tenant accommodation.
To support Bowmark’s acquisition of ASK4, we provided the business with £18 million of senior debt facilities.
In view of the business’ strong market position, the debt process was very competitive but our relationship with the Management Team and Bowmark played a key role in Santander being mandated to act as a Lead Arranger of the transaction.
