Simply Bright

Established in 2010, Simply Bright is a family run business, consisting of six dental practices located across Surrey, Sussex and Kent. The practices serve NHS patients, as well as offering private procedures.

Over the last 10 years, Santander has supported Simply Bright with specialist healthcare expertise and valuable dental market insight which has been instrumental in helping the business achieve their growth aspirations.

In 2021, Santander were on hand to help when the group was going through a strategic restructure, which included refinancing debt facilities which allowed the reorganisation of the group and a shareholder buy-out. They provided funding which allowed the group to acquire new dental practices.

With Santander’s backing, the group aims to continue their organic growth with the expansion of new sites and the development of new practices in the future.
