Smart choices see 15gifts reach new markets

15gifts
Brighton based 15gifts is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) selling platform, which integrates with a company’s ecommerce website to provide a humanised guided selling experience. 15gifts study the consumer psychology principles that are present in successful face-to-face sales interactions and then uses machine learning and UX to recreate the experience online – improving both conversion and customer satisfaction. Recent clients include BT, O2, EE, Vodafone, Verizon and Sprint.
The funding package agreed with Santander enables 15gifts to continue its growth through investment in sales, marketing, and software development.
Santander understands our business and our operating model. Their track record in supporting high growth businesses and their extensive SaaS experience enabled us to work together and secure funding for our next growth stage; entering new markets and supporting the recruitment of staff.

The support demonstrates Santander’s commitment to the international ambitions of fast-growing UK SMEs as it allows the business to fulfil international growth plans in the US telecommunications and media markets.
We are delighted to assist 15gifts with their expansion by providing development capital. A new client for us, they are on a high growth trajectory expanding into new markets. It’s a pleasure to facilitate their growth journey by helping them recruit more developers and build out their team and support their clients.
